All orders are processed by our team within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Mikizi currently delivers primarily to Europe, the United States, and Canada. For other international countries, availability and delivery costs may vary; please contact us at contact@mikizi.com for a quote.
For each order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation, including your order tracking number. During peak periods, and depending on product availability, orders may ship within seven business days.
Carrier selection and price may vary based on weight, quantity, product availability, package size, and shipping country.
If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, or if any information is missing, it is imperative that you change your address within a few hours of your purchase. Please let us know promptly by email, specifying the correct address. An error in the address may cause delivery complications or even lead to delivery to an unexpected location. In such situations, we cannot be held responsible.
Shipping Method
By Colissimo, Private Parcel, CIRRO, UPS, PostNL, DHL or Fedex (home delivery, collection point or post office if home delivery fails, delivery time 5 to 15 working days). Some orders may be linked to several suppliers, the items will then be sent separately.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs in France for orders with a purchase amount of less than 59 euros are 3.90 euros, beyond this amount delivery costs are free (in France, Belgium only).
For deliveries to other countries in the European Union, the delivery charge is €6.90 (except in Switzerland where the delivery charge is €9.90, as well as in Monaco and Andorra, where the charge starts at €49.90 via DHL and may increase depending on the weight of the items).
In the United States and Canada, delivery charges for orders with a purchase amount less than 59 euros are 5.90 euros, beyond this amount the delivery costs are free (United States and Canada only).
Deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories may be possible, however prices vary and can be high (from €19.90 via PostNL if available, or €79.90 via DHL, prices are higher depending on the weight of the items).
Internationally, delivery costs start at €19.90, and prices may vary depending on the country. Please contact us for a quote.
