Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your package, contact us at contact@mikizi.com . After validating your request, we will send you the form with the return address and the necessary instructions.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund can be granted: (if applicable):
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Gifts :
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Cancellation of order (if applicable):
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email contact@mikizi.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
The vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 24 hours, you must contact us within this time frame so we can attempt to cancel your order before processing and/or shipping.
If the order has already been processed, order cancellation requests will not be considered.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange them for the same item, please email us at contact@mikizi.com .
Exchange and voucher (if applicable):
- Exchange your item for a different size/color.
Exchanges are only possible for a different size and/or color of the same model. For any other changes, we recommend returning the original item for a refund, then reordering the desired product.
- Details of refunds and vouchers
By default, we offer a credit note valid on our store. However, if you prefer a refund to your original payment method, simply notify us by email at contact@mikizi.com . We will then refund you at no additional cost. No restocking fees apply to exchanged orders or items returned due to manufacturing defects.
Only the final price paid (after any discounts) will be refunded.
Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.
For any return request concerning a defective or non-compliant item, we may ask you for one or more photos. For a return under the right of withdrawal, this step is not necessary.
Refund (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days after we receive your return.
No right of withdrawal for personalized items:
Some items can be personalized upon request, made to order according to your specifications. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, once your order has been placed, it is not possible to cancel it, return it for an exchange, or receive a refund for this type of item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
Before contacting us, we encourage you to check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card issuer, as processing times may apply. If after these checks you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@mikizi.com .
Delivery (if applicable):
Premium delivery guarantees priority processing of your order, as well as a guarantee against loss, theft, or breakage during transport. Once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft after receipt.
In the event of breakage or a defective product upon arrival, we will ask for a photo or video of the product. In the event of loss or theft prior to delivery, a sworn statement and a claim with the carrier will be required.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer in the event of withdrawal. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (defective or non-compliant item), we will cover these costs in accordance with Article L.221-23 of the French Consumer Code.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and, if necessary, insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible if the item is lost by the carrier.
